Worldwide Interactive Services, Inc. Corporate Profile

Launched in the mid 90's as a division of Worldwide Automation Resources, Inc., its sister company that provides on-premise based voice and internet solutions, Worldwide Interactive Services, Inc., Worldwide, was established as a separate entity in 2000 to exclusively provide hosted remote access applications, such as Audio Response and Internet Banking.

Using the same technology applied in multi-institution holding companies and ATM networks, Worldwide began providing Audio Response solutions for credit unions under the marketing name, YourMSR.com (Your Member Service Representative dot com). Soon after the success of the hosted Audio Response offering, Worldwide deployed an Internet Banking solution that integrated with the same backend technology. The result, a fully integrated Audio Response and Internet Banking solution that provides consistent information between both delivery channels. Credit unions that utilize disparate, non-integrated systems find that members obtain inconsistent information resulting in more inquiries back to the credit union. Today, Worldwide provides a full suite of remote account access products, including Audio Response, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ACH Bill Payment, E-Statements, Check Imaging, On-Line Loan Applications (including Auto Decision and Credit Reports), as well as a core data processing solution, CUMAS .

In addition to the financial industry, Worldwide serves the government and retail markets. Store/dealer locator, on-line and telephone account information, bill payment and presentment, card activation and instant credit processing are a few of the applications developed for clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Talbots, CATO, and the City of Orlando.

To ensure its campaign of providing 100% availability, Worldwide migrated its production environment to a nationwide co-location network in 2003. This network is comprised of multiple production sites that use biometric security access, redundant power, voice and data services, and mirrored hardware, software and applications.

A Type II SAS (Statement on Auditing Standards) 70 audit is performed annually by McGladrey & Pullen LLP to ensure each client receives consistent, secure and tested processes. Worldwide also performs monthly audits on several control objectives in preparation of its annual Type II SAS 70 audit with its compliance team.
